Commerce platforms, built and run.

Not advised on. Designed, built, launched — and in several cases still operated today. At enterprise scale, and inside direct sales at Norwex, Stella & Dot and Juice Plus+, with a platform that carried its company through acquisition at Deem.

What makes direct sales different

Retail commerce assumptions break here.

Platform delivery here means any platform. The record runs from enterprise e-commerce to a print-on-demand marketplace and the travel platform that carried Deem through acquisition. The focus today is direct sales — partly because it is the market technology has underserved longest, and partly because it is the hardest test a commerce platform can face:

Traffic arrives in spikes around product drops and month-end close, not retail seasonality. Attribution has to survive the whole customer relationship — any device, any channel, months apart — because every order is somebody's earnings and the field notices earnings. Parties, hosts, starter kits, per-distributor attribution, subscription cadence and a back office the distributor runs their business from are not edge cases. They are the model.

A generalist commerce build discovers all of this in month three, inside your budget. The capabilities below exist because AHM Technology has already made that discovery — on platforms that are running today.

The capabilities

Proven where it counts.

Every capability below is anchored in an engagement where it was actually delivered — the platforms they come from are linked below.

01Stabilize first, replace second

The riskiest moment in a replatform is the years the old system has to keep transacting while the new one is built. The answer is to stabilize what exists before replacing it: a failing commerce stack held steady for eighteen months while its successor took shape, and a rescue after a failed two-year rebuild that stopped the wasteful spend and delivered modernization incrementally instead.

02Architecture that fits how you sell

Headless, modular commerce with the direct sales logic embedded in the platform rather than bolted on — commissions, genealogy, rank tracking, distributor attribution that survives the whole customer relationship, and real-time integration with ERP, CRM and fulfillment. A retail platform with plugins discovers this model in month three; an architecture designed around it does not have to.

03Launch without betting the business

New platforms prove themselves before the core business moves. Two new brands launched first on a new stack — one within seven months, the second four months later — and only then was the flagship migrated: on schedule, against an eleven-month roadmap that held, with every record of history moved intact and no data issues after go-live. Value lands in steps, and no step bets the company.

04Migration at field scale

More than 30 million customer and consultant records moved on a single program, with complete order and commission histories intact — because in direct sales a migration is trust management, not just data engineering. The field was onboarded at scale with in-app guides and training, not a PDF and good luck.

05Run, not just delivered

Several of the platforms AHM Technology built are platforms AHM Technology operates — multi-market commerce live in 24 countries across 9 storefronts, with the seasonal peaks, release cadence and month-end loads that come with it. Advice ends at the handover document. Operating means living with every decision.

06Engineering that passes diligence

A legacy platform rebuilt cloud-native, the engineering organization grown fivefold across three development centers, Fortune 100 customers won on the strength of the product — and when the company was acquired, the acquirer made the technology team a condition of the deal. Due diligence is the harshest audit a platform ever gets.

Where all of it landed

EMMA — the platform those lessons built.

Years of building and running these platforms kept surfacing the same needs, engagement after engagement. EMMA is where they accumulated: an AI-native operating platform for direct sales, built by the team that had already delivered this the hard way.

For a direct sales company delivering a new platform, that changes the starting point. Instead of a blank page and a discovery phase, the build starts from a system that already handles distributor logic — commissions, genealogy, attribution, the field's back office — and gets shaped around your business rather than the other way round. It is why the same scope that runs a year elsewhere lands in months here.

One store, one login

The back office lives inside the storefront, role-routed from a single sign-in. Customers, hosts and distributors each get what belongs to them — instead of two sites and two passwords.

Simple fees, no hidden costs

A published implementation fee, subscription pricing that scales with what you actually use, and no long-term lock-in. The pattern in this market is the overrun and the multi-year contract; AHM Technology is different.

Plug and play

EMMA is modular: adopt the piece that is most valuable to you now — commerce, commissions, the back office, EMMA Polaris — run it alongside what you already have, and take more over time only if it makes sense for the company. Never all-or-nothing.

Built with AI

Delivery runs on AI-assisted engineering with senior architects checkpointing every change. And EMMA itself is AI-native — a full AI platform that keeps adopting the newest AI capabilities, focused on distributor productivity.
